Description:
Concentrated product obtained from fresh, ripe tomatoes by pulping, filtering, and concentrating to a dry matter content of 30–32%. It is characterized by a dense red color, homogeneous structure, and authentic taste and aroma of ripe tomatoes.

Characteristics:

  • Dry matter (Brix): 30–32%
  • Color: bright red, uniform
  • Consistency: thick, without seeds and peels
  • Taste and aroma: typical of tomatoes, without extraneous tastes or odors
  • Packaging: aseptic bags in metal drums (220–240 kg net) or upon request

Application:

  • Raw material in the food industry for:
    • ketchups and tomato sauces
    • canned and ready meals
    • soups and seasonings
    • tomato juices and nectars (after dilution)

Storage and shelf life:

  • Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Once opened, store in refrigerated conditions and use within a short period.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in unopened aseptic packaging.
