TOMATO PASTE 36–38 °BRIX

Description:
A concentrated product made from fresh, ripe tomatoes through processing, filtering, and evaporation to the required solids content. It has a rich red color, characteristic taste, and aroma of ripe tomatoes.

Characteristics:

  • Solid content (Brix): 36–38%
  • Color: bright red, homogeneous
  • Consistency: thick and uniform paste without foreign impurities
  • Taste and aroma: typical of tomatoes, without extraneous odors or tastes
  • Packaging: aseptic bags in metal drums (220–240 kg net), or upon request

Application:

  • In the food industry as a raw material for:
    • ketchups
    • sauces and pizzas
    • tomato juices and drinks
    • canned and ready meals
    • soups and seasonings
  • Suitable for subsequent dilution or processing as needed.

Storage and shelf life:

  • Store in a dry, cool place protected from direct sunlight.
  • Once opened, use promptly and keep refrigerated.
  • Shelf life: 24 months in original, unopened packaging.
